John Derham is a director, VFX artist, and colorist whose work blends strong visual direction with a deep understanding of post-production. Starting in VFX and editing, he quickly built a body of work across music videos, commercials, and branded projects, collaborating with artists and companies including Ye, Travis Scott, Don Toliver, Lil Baby, Spotify, NASA, the NFL, Spotify, Puma and more. Now based in Los Angeles, John continues to expand into directing while bringing a post-driven perspective to every project he takes on. His work is rooted in ambitious visual ideas, using VFX, editing, and filmmaking together to create imagery that feels distinctive, intentional, and technically polished.
